Effect of Solution-treated on Electrochemical Properties of AZ91 Magnesium Alloy Anode

The effect of solution-treated on the self-corrosion performance and discharge AZ91 magnesium alloy as anode material was analyzed by microscopic characterization, immersion tests, electrochemical measurements, tests. study shows that β-phase in gradually dissolved matrix with increase solution temperature, activity significantly improved. Through comparison three different processes, it is found has most vigorous better after 415°C+12 h. In addition, proportion distribution have a direct impact its an material.
